This ankle support is made from a soft neoprene blend material to provide firm and even support
The warming benefits of the Neoprene material helps to promote healing and ankle joint flexibility with the wraparound strap providing additional support if needed
Recommended for weak, stiff or aching ankles, mild sprains, strains and tendonitis
Fits UK shoe sizes 6-12 (39-47)
To use place your foot through the hole and secure it behind your ankle with the tab. Secure the strap to the Velcro and cross over straps and secure. Adjust the strap tension to give the appropriate level of support to your ankle
Care Instructions: Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Do not use fabric softener or bleach. Allow to air dry - do not use heat
Contents: 55% Neoprene, 25% nylon, 12% polyester, 8% natural latex rubber
Consider using a Trekking Pole as well to relieve the pressure on the ankle
