To get the correct size measure around the centre of your knee. Regular is 30-40cm, Large is 40-50cm
To put it on fasten the lower section below your knee and centre the patella opening over your kneecap. Then fasten upper section in the same way
Secure the cross-over straps to the tension you need
Consider using a Trekking Pole as well to relieve the pressure on the knees
